Return & Refund Policy
We offer 30 day "No Hassle" returns with refund. Please contact us at sales@charmtownjewelry.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization. Simply return the item to us in the same condition as received. Your refund will be processed within three days. Sorry, no refunds on original postage cost. We apologize but we are unable to honor returns after 30 days.
Shipping
Mail your product to: CharmTown Jewelry c/o Denstar Corporation, 9030 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite 258, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage you to use a shipping service with tracking and or insurance. If not, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within three days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank or your credit card company as there is often several days processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@charmtownjewelry.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@charmtownjewelry.com with your request.
